Baby & Me Yoga

For ages 6 weeks to 12 months, unless your baby is an active walker, which is not recommended for this class. All parents are welcome. Class will be inclusive to all birth and parenting choices.

Morning Flow
When: Tuesdays, 7:30-8:30am

This class features a new sequence of dynamic movement and yoga forms each week. The pattern is first taught slowly, then repeated as a flow (synchronized movement with the breath). This style of flowing practice emphasizes fluid and expressive movement at your tempo, rather than "keeping up" with a set pace.

Join Jill Mockaitis, E-RYT & Cami Codell, E-RYT for this special 90 minute yoga class! The first hour will be an empowering, fun vinyasa class led by Jill, followed by a half-hour yoga nidra (guided relaxation meditation) guided by Cami. You can come for just the vinyasa, just the nidra, or both! Donate what you can--any amount counts!

Join child/family yoga specialist Cami Codell for a special Halloween-themed family yoga class suitable for ages 2-4 (and their grownups). We’ll sing songs, make silly noises, breathe, and learn toddler-friendly yoga poses. Then you can snuggle up together with a favorite stuffy for a cozy relaxation.

In this 2-hour workshop, you and your partner will learn skills, tools, & resources within the yoga practice that you can implement during labor and birth. This workshop will include movement, breathing, meditation, education, and plenty of time for questions. Not only is it a great way to connect with your partner and receive support, but you also get to connect to a supportive community of people in the same stage of life.
